Beyond chatbots: Competitive Advantage with Generative AI
Two years after the introduction of ChatGPT, many companies have adopted generative AI in the form of personal chatbots. While these tools offer real value, adoption has been slow, and the results have often been underwhelming. This presentation explores how companies are leveraging generative AI to rethink their processes and services beyond personal productivity tools. Not unlike the internet, gaining a competitive edge from generative AI requires complementary innovation and broader business changes. Successful companies tend to have talented enthusiasts and cultivate a positive attitude toward AI and innovation more generally.
