Alexander Irschenberger
Alexander is the founder and CEO of Legal Tekno, where he focuses on AI, legal technology, contracts, compliance, and helping lawyers adopt technology effectively. He has previously worked in corporate and law-firm environments, founded legal-tech companies and held leadership roles at Contractbook. He is also an external lecturer in legal tech at Queen Mary University of London.
"The AI-Native Firm - Tokens, teams, and the new economics of work"
Armin Catovic
AI-native is no longer about adding copilots to existing workflows. It is about redesigning the firm around intelligence as a cost base: tokens, models, agents, governance, and smaller, faster teams. Armin is the Director of Data & AI at Funnel, a marketing intelligence platform. At Funnel he is driving the internal data agent platform "Reef", which has flipped the mindset of how a business is run in the AI native era. Armin has previously built legal AI solutions, as well as data and AI solutions across PE, venture capital, news media, and telecom. In his spare time he is co-running the Stockholm AI non-profit, and researching attention economics.
