On October 7, LegalWorks hosted the annual Nordic Legal Tech Day event in Stockholm. Over 200 people gathered to join the legal tech industry event of the Nordic, and to listen in on discussions surrounding (among others) AI and the law, legal platforms vs the billable hour and compliant international data transfers.
It has been two years since the last NLTD Stockholm event in a physical form, because of covid-19 and the previous restrictions. The main theme of the day surrounded the pandemic, and how it might have helped digitalization and therefor efficiency in the legal industry. New legal business models, automation, innovation solutions and the complex aspect of AI were only some of the topics dissected during the keynotes, panel discussions and breakout sessions. These topics culminated in the presentation of this year’s General Counsel Report, where 200 GCs in the Nordic Countries have answered a survey regarding the use of legal tech tools and digitalization of the legal market.
All during the day there was a parallel exhibition of legal tech tools providers and experts, showcasing the latest and greatest from the market of legal tech and its innovations.
Thank you all attendees, panelists, keynote speakers, exhibitors and sponsors for making this day what is was. We already look forward to seeing all of you next year!
